Shake and spray

Add 2-3 tbsp worm castings to a (500 ml) bottle of water with a lid

Shake contents, remove lid and leave overnight.
Pour contents into a spray bottle, watering can or hand sprayer.

For larger containers, use a tea bag to hold the castings. This helps to filter out castings and prevent the sprayer nozzle from clogging if you are using a hand sprayer. If the pickup end in the bottle clogs, wrap a piece of nylon to the end.

(The used castings from the tea bag can be thrown onto your grass - nothing ever gets wasted!)
